About Us   

We are located on the north side  of Deptford Broadway and easily reached by  public transport:

By Docklands Light Railway : We are  2 minutes walk from Deptford Bridge station . On leaving the station walk towards Lewisham College (heading towards New Cross) and cross over the road traffic junction  on to Deptford Broadway .

By Bus:  Buses Nos. 53, 177 and 453 all stop nearby. Check the Transport for London homepage for further details.

By Train: Turn right on leaving Deptford overland station. Walk down Deptford High Street until you reach Deptford Broadway (by the large anchor) and then turn left into  Deptford Broadway. We are about 50 yards further along . 

By Car. Although you cannot park on Deptford Broadway it is generally possible to find parking in the side streets nearby .

On arrival at our offices please press the intercom labelled "Pearsons Solicitors" which can be found on the left hand side of the main door as you face it.

Complaints Information

We want to give you the best possible service. However if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service we have provided then you should inform us immediately , so that we can do our best to resolve the problem.

In the first instance it may be helpful to contact the person who is working on your case to discuss your concerns and we will do our best to resolve any issues . If you would like to make a  formal complaint , then you can read our full complaints procedure which we include with the case opening documentation we will send you  when opening your case ( a further copy of which will be happy to send you on request by return ). Making a  complaint will not affect how we handle your case . 

What to do if we cannot resolve your complaint 

The Legal Ombudsman can help you if we are unable to resolve your complaint ourselves. they will look at your complaint independently and it will not affect how we handle your case. Before accepting a complaint for investigation, the Legal Ombudsman will check that you have tried to resolve your complaint with us first.
